AlerTox®•Sticks Eggs uses antibodies to detect ovalbumin.

Results can be generated in as little as 10-15 minutes, with no need for any special equipment.

AlerTox®•Sticks Eggs is a rapid immunochromatographic test for quantitative detection of egg residue in raw materials, final products, and on surfaces.

The test is easy to perform and can detect ovalbumin at low concentrations.

* When testing ingredients or finished products, it is strongly recommended that it is confirmed that the kit manufacturer has validated the system for the particular type of matrix.
