AlerTox®•Sticks Hazelnut uses a combination of monoclonal antibodies to detect a major hazelnut seed storage protein antigen (Cor a 9).

The test is easy to perform, and has a range of detection (ROD) of 20-10 000 ppm.

Results can be generated in as little as 10-15 minutes, with no need for any special equipment.

* When testing ingredients or finished products, it is strongly recommended that it is confirmed that the kit manufacturer has validated the system for the particular type of matrix.
