BIOGRAPHY
Comaine is a specialist food allergen management consultant and trainer. She is also a registered VITAL® trainer who has been helping clients develop, validate and verify their allergen management plans for over a decade.
She believes that food safety and allergen management plans must be simple and rational.
When she is not at work, she enjoys being creative, but tries to stay as far away from the kitchen as she can manage!
