Bio-Check Gluten R5 FlowTrough™ Food was designed to be simple enough to use onsite, with minimal equipment, while being sensitive enough to confirm gluten levels in a wide range of food commodities and products.
Results can be generated in as little as 15-20 minutes.
* When testing ingredients or finished products, it is strongly recommended that it is confirmed that the kit manufacturer has validated the system for the particular type of matrix.
