The system will transform your capability to control your meat processing operations. These qualitative tests utilise highly purified antibodies to detect species-specific animal serum protein (albumin), which is found at high levels in raw meat, meat products and blood drip. The detection limit of the test is somewhat dependent on sample type/quality and extraction efficiency.

Results can be generated in as little as 12 minutes.

* When testing ingredients or finished products, it is strongly recommended that it is confirmed that the kit manufacturer has validated the system for the particular type of matrix. Review the kit validation report/kit manual for more information on matrices that were validated by the kit developers. Alternatively, contact us, we offer matrix checking as a service.
