More information about Hygiena AlerTox®•Sticks Peanut

Hygiena AlerTox®•Sticks Peanut uses a monoclonal antibody to detect one of the major peanut antigens Ara h 3 and exhibit no known cross reactivity.

The test is easy to perform and have a range of detection (ROD) of 1-100000ppm.

Results can be generated in as little as 10 – 15 minutes with no need for any special equipment.

* When testing ingredients or finished products, it is strongly recommended that it is confirmed that the kit manufacturer has validated the system for the particular type of matrix.
