AlerTox®●Sticks Soy PLUS specific antibodies against beta-conglycinin.
It is not cross-reactive with the antigens of related legumes including pea, white bean, chickpea, peanut, lentil and lupine.
The test is easy to perform, and has a range of detection (ROD) of 1,5-10000 ppm.
* When testing ingredients or finished products, it is strongly recommended that it is confirmed that the kit manufacturer has validated the system for the particular type of matrix.
