Hygiena AlerTox®•Sticks Walnut uses a monoclonal antibody to detect a major walnut antigens Jug r 4 and exhibit no known cross reactivity.

The test is easy to perform and have a range of detection (ROD) of 2.25–100000 ppm.

Results can be generated in as little as 10-15 minutes with no need for any special equipment.

* When testing ingredients or finished products, it is strongly recommended that it is confirmed that the kit manufacturer has validated the system for the particular type of matrix.
