This method is simple to follow and gives rapid results by detecting protein from 6 tree nuts

It offers enhanced confidence and protection through increased sampling and testing of all critical elements of the production process in “real-time”. The unique handheld device with 3-line readout uses a control line to confirm the method has been performed successfully, and two further lines to differentiate between no detectable amount, low and high levels of detection.

Results can be generated in as little as 10 minutes.

This test is cross reactive with mahaleb, sunflower seeds, sesame, golden linseed, pumpkin seeds, chestnut flour, buckwheat flour, desiccated coconut and with stones of fruit belonging to the Prunus genus (e.g., apricots, cherries, nectarines, peaches, and plums).
